Advanced Research Writing focuses on the development and practice of advanced research and writing skills. EN 305 focuses on the development and practice of advanced research and writing skills. This course is designed to engage the skills of research, genre analysis, rhetorical analysis, synthesis, and the ethical integration of multiple sources into complex arguments for diverse audiences. Students in EN 305 should expect to develop research questions that will guide a series of writing projects based on disciplinary inquiries.
